Diferente do \u00edndice IFIX, que \u00e9 mais amplo, o HERT11 foca exclusivamente em exposi\u00e7\u00e3o a im\u00f3veis f\u00edsicos e est\u00e1 amplamente concentrado nos setores de Shoppings e Varejo (~41%), Industrial e Log\u00edstica (~32%) e Escrit\u00f3rios (~22%).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Desenvolvido com foco em investidores globais, o HERT11 \u00e9 a principal iniciativa da Hedge para elevar o <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gringoinvestor.com\/pt\/fiis\/\">REIT brasileiro (FII)<\/a> ao mercado aos padr\u00f5es internacionais.
